Server log files / access data
We and/or our webspace provider collect data about every access to our website and saves them as server logs.

Name of the accessed page, files, date and time of access, transferred file size, report about successful retrieval of data, browser type and version, the user's operating system, referrer URL, IP address and the requesting provider.
This data is used for statistical evaluation and analysis for security reasons and for delivering and optimizing our services. We reserve the right to check this logged data, if there is suspicion about illegal use.
Personal Data
Personal data is data that can be used to determine or backtrack a person. A non-exhaustive list includes name, email address, phone number, hobbies, memberships and visited websites.
Such data is only collected if it is permitted and/or necessary by law in special cases or if the user permits it.
In case of contacting Newtronium (when using a contact form or writing an email), the user's data is saved to process the inquiry and subsequent inquiries.
Comments and Contributions
When users comment or contribute to our services, their IP address may be logged for security reasons. In case of fraudulent or illegal contributions, users may be prosecuted by using their ip address.
With our newsletter we inform the user about existing and new services and offers.
If the user wants to receive our newsletter, we need a valid email-address and further information to ensure that the registering user is the owner of the specified email address or that the owner is agreeing with the registration. This data is only used for delivering our newsletter and is not - under no circumstances - disseminated or sold.

When registering for our newletter, we save the user's ip address and the date & time of the registration for security reasons.

The content delivering party need the user's ip address for these services, so the transfer of the ip address is mandatory for displaying this content. While we try to ensure, that the user's data is only used for delivering this third-party content, the content delivering parties may save the data for statistical purposes.
